Everything about Jacksheepe ($SHEEPE) in one place: what it is, how the token works, who holds what, what is built and what comes next. Written plainly, so you can check every claim yourself.
One address, two places. The only official contract address is the one on jacksheepe.xyz and in the pinned post on @jacksheepesol. Anything else wearing the name is a copy. We never DM first.
The short version
Jack Sheepe is a lawn-mower company. Then it bought an excavator. Jacksheepe is a Solana meme token with a free browser arcade attached: you clock in, wreck a neon beach city in ninety seconds and try not to get pulled out of the cab.
The sheep got the keys. In crypto, retail is usually the sheep: herded in, sheared, sent home. Jack is the sheep who took the excavator, and the launch is built so nobody gets sheared.
The token launches on pump.fun with no presale, no tax and no team allocation. The team buys on the same curve as everyone else, from two named wallets, and says exactly how much and what for.

The story
A lawn-mower brand, an excavator nobody asked for, and a city that never recovered.
The mower years
In Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online, Jack Sheepe makes exactly one vehicle: a ride-on lawn mower. It was a background joke for over a decade. Nobody expected the company to expand.
The sighting
In August 2026, fans watching Rockstar's GTA VI gameplay video spotted a tracked Jack Sheepe excavator parked across from a waffle house. Fan databases list it as new to the series. Rockstar hasn't named it, and we treat it as what it is: a fan sighting, not an announcement.
Enter Jack
Jacksheepe takes that one detail and runs it through a wall. Our mascot is Jack: a sheep in a hard hat who has just been handed the keys to a forty-tonne demolition machine. Since then: a waffle house, a nightclub, a gas station (briefly). Witnesses describe the operator as "woolly" and "smiling".
Jack is original. So is the city, the excavator model, the sound, and every line of game code. The brand name is the joke; everything we built around it is ours.
The thesis is a story, not a promise. Read the full case with sources on the home page, and everything spotted about the excavator and GTA VI on the GTA VI page.

Why it exists
Most meme tokens are a logo and a countdown. We wanted one you can actually do something with.
Something to do, not just something to hold
Jacksheepe ships with a working arcade. Rampage is free, runs in the browser on phones and desktops, and needs no wallet. You can play it before the token exists, and you can play it if you never buy a single $SHEEPE.
A moment worth being part of
GTA VI is scheduled for 19 November 2026, and attention on everything in that world peaks around launch. Jacksheepe aims to be the fun, playable corner of that moment: something to share, compete in and laugh at while everyone waits.
Nobody gets sheared
Retail is the sheep of every cycle: presales, hidden team wallets and bundled launches let insiders buy cheap before the public can, then sell to everyone after. That's getting sheared. Jack is the sheep who got the keys to the excavator. So $SHEEPE has no presale and no tax, and the team buys on the same curve as everyone from two named wallets (see Team wallets). It's a promise about who holds what, not about price.
Written plainly
We'd rather tell you exactly what the team holds, where the fees go and what isn't promised than dress it up. If a claim on this site can't be checked on chain or in the game, it shouldn't be here.
The token
$SHEEPE at a glance
A standard pump.fun token on Solana. No custom contract, no switches the team can flip later.
What it is
$SHEEPE is an SPL token created through pump.fun's standard program. It has one job: it's the token of the Jacksheepe meme and arcade. Holding it unlocks cosmetic perks in the game (see Holder perks). It doesn't pay anything, earn anything or give anyone a vote.
What nobody can do
Mint more. The mint authority is revoked at creation. The supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000.
Freeze your tokens. There is no freeze authority.
Pull the liquidity. When the curve completes, the pool moves to PumpSwap and the LP tokens are burned in the migration.
Add a tax. There's no tax to add. Transfers are plain SPL transfers.
Check it yourself
Open the contract address on Solscan and look at the mint: the supply, the mint authority (none) and the freeze authority (none) are listed on the token page.
One billion tokens, all of them on the public curve or in the pool. The team buys its share at launch like everyone else, and says so.

The two non-zero lines are how pump.fun works. The curve sells 793.1 million tokens. When it sells out, the remaining 206.9 million and the SOL raised become the PumpSwap pool, and the LP tokens are burned so nobody can withdraw the liquidity.
The team's 5% is not an allocation. It's bought on the curve, at curve prices, with the team's own SOL, from the two wallets named on the next sheet.
Vesting and locks
There is no vesting schedule, because nothing was allocated to vest. Instead, the team wallets follow public rules: what each one is for, and that any sale or transfer is announced on X before it happens. See Team wallets.
Trading costs
No tax on buys, sells or transfers.
The only cost is the venue's own trading fee (pump.fun on the curve, PumpSwap or your wallet's swap after graduation) plus Solana's network fee.
This site doesn't run its own swap and takes no fee. The buy buttons send you straight to pump.fun.
Creator rewards
pump.fun pays a share of trading fees to the wallet that created the coin. For $SHEEPE that's the creator wallet. Creator rewards keep the yard open: servers and the domain, listing and verification fees, and building the next games. They are not paid out to anyone as a return.
Burns
There is no burn schedule and no burn promise. Anyone can burn their own tokens with the token program's burn instruction, which lowers the supply on the mint itself. That's why the supply "can go down, never up". Tokens sent to a "dead" address are not burned and still count toward supply.
The token
Team wallets
Nobody gets sheared. Two wallets, both named, both with one job. Watch them on Solscan whenever you like.
Held for listings only: tokens an exchange or its market maker requires when a listing goes ahead.
Doesn't sell on the open market. Any move out of it is announced on X first, with where it's going and why.
Why say all this?
Because every launch has team wallets, and most of them are hidden. Fresh wallets funded from one source and buying in the first block are the oldest pattern in the book. We'd rather show you ours, cap them and put rules on them in writing.
These are the only two
The team has no other wallets holding $SHEEPE. If the team ever buys or sells beyond what's written here, it's posted on X first and logged in the changelog.
About listings
No exchange listing is promised, and no date is given. The listings wallet exists so that, if a listing is offered and makes sense, the project can meet its requirements without dumping tokens on the open market or asking anyone for money.
The token
The launch
A public start on pump.fun. Same curve, same prices, address published the moment the coin exists.
What "fair" means here
No presale, allowlist or private round. The public curve is the first place anyone can buy.
No team allocation. The team's 5% is bought on the curve from two named wallets.
The contract address goes on jacksheepe.xyz and gets pinned on X as soon as the coin is created.
Standard pump.fun settings: a standard coin paired with SOL.
What it doesn't mean
Bot-free. pump.fun has no anti-sniper protection. Automated wallets buy in the first seconds of most launches, and nobody can stop that.
A price. A fair start is a fair starting line, not an outcome.
Launch day, step by step
Create the coin on pump.fun. The creator (dev) wallet buys 2% in the creation transaction; the listings wallet buys 3%.
Publish the address on jacksheepe.xyz and pin it on X. Publish both team wallets on this page.
Switch on the holders board and holder perks in the arcade.
File a DexScreener profile with the logo, links and description.
Request Jupiter verification. Copycat tokens with the same ticker may slow this down.
Apply to CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap once their requirements are met.
There is no early access
Anyone offering the address before launch, a launch time, a whitelist or a "pre-launch allocation" in DMs, groups or replies is not us. The address is announced in public, in two places, at the same time.
The yard
The arcade
What runs today. All of it is free, in the browser, and needs no wallet.
Rampage
One excavator. Ninety seconds. A damage target and a city full of things that cost money. Slam cars, sweep the boom through traffic, punch out upper floors. Gas pumps, fuel drums and tankers set each other off. Fill the meter for ten seconds of frenzy: double cash and flying cars. Push your luck to five stars and a searchlight chopper and a SWAT truck come for you.
Your wallet asks you to sign a plain text message. It's a signature, not a transaction: no fees, and nothing leaves your wallet.
The server checks the chain for $SHEEPE in that wallet and re-checks it regularly. Sell, and the perks go back in the shop.
The arcade never asks you to send tokens, approve spending or "verify" a wallet with a transaction. If something does, it isn't us.
What holders don't get
No staking, no airdrops, no revenue share, no rewards, no votes. Nothing here pays holders, and nothing will.
The yard
Fair play
A leaderboard is only fun if it's real.
How scores are checked
The server sanity-checks every run before it counts: how long it took, how much damage was possible in that time, and whether the numbers add up. Runs that don't are flagged and kept off the boards. It's not cheat-proof (nothing in a browser is), but it stops the obvious stuff.
Names
Operator names are unique. Upper and lower case, spacing and look-alike digits count as the same name, so nobody can pose as the leader with a near copy.
Same city for everyone
Most Wanted and the daily work order give every player the same conditions, so the best run wins, not the luckiest one.
The plan
Roadmap
A plan of work, not a price forecast. Built items are marked built; everything else is honest about being a plan.
Phase 0
Groundwork
Built
jacksheepe.xyz, with the thesis, a GTA VI time card and the Wall Breaker warm-up
Weekly, all-time, holders and crew leaderboards with unique names
Most Wanted, Crews, the Garage and the daily work order
Operator License and Demolition Notice
The X account, @jacksheepesol
This whitepaper, the how-to-buy guide and the GTA VI countdown page
Phase 1
Breaking ground
Next: launch
$SHEEPE created on pump.fun; address on the site and pinned on X
Both team wallets published on the Team wallets page
Holders board and holder perks switched on
DexScreener profile
Jupiter verification request
CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap applications, once eligible
#WreckOfTheWeek: the best clip each Monday, pinned and featured
Phase 2
Heavier machinery
Planned
The bulldozer: the first new machine, with a plough blade that shoves whole lines of cars
Ghost runs: race a see-through replay of the Most Wanted leader
Crew goals and crew tags on the boards
More daily work order rules
Phase 3
Open the shop
Ideas
Swamp Crawler: drag loot out of the everglades before the tide comes in
Scrap Heist: two operators, one crane, one very nervous scrapyard
Lawn Wars: where it all started, now with a leaderboard
Dig Site: dig down through the site for buried cash, gold and the odd diamond
The Shearing Shed: a tower full of shears, one excavator
A wrecking ball crane, and live rooms for two to four players if the player numbers call for it
Not on the roadmap, ever: price targets, guaranteed exchange listings, and anything that pays holders (staking, airdrops, revenue share). Planned items have no dates on purpose. They ship when they're good, and changes are logged in the changelog.
Site safety
Trust and safety
Hard hats on. Most crypto losses aren't hacks; they're someone being talked into something.
The team's rules
We never DM first. Not on X, not anywhere.
We never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Nobody legitimate ever will.
We never ask you to send SOL or tokens to receive something back.
The only wallet connection on this site is the free signature on the Operator License page.
There's one official account: @jacksheepesol on X. There is no official Telegram yet.
Spot the fake
A "support" account replying to you with a link.
An "airdrop claim" or "holder verification" site.
A token with the same name or ticker but a different address. Search by address, never by name.
Anyone with "early access" before launch.
The address checker on the how-to-buy page tells you whether an address is ours.
Report a copy
Seen a fake account or token using the name? Reply to the pinned post on @jacksheepesol so others see it, and report the account on X.

Brand and IP
A fan-made parody. Not Rockstar's, not endorsed, not pretending.
The name
Jack Sheepe is a brand inside Rockstar's games. Jacksheepe is an independent fan-made parody and meme project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA VI and Jack Sheepe belong to their owners and are mentioned only for the countdown and the thesis.
What's ours
Jack the sheep, the logo, the city, the excavator, every game, the music and sound, and all the code are made by this project. No Rockstar assets, models, music or footage are used in the games or the token.
The excavator sighting
The excavator in GTA VI is a fan sighting from Rockstar's own video. Rockstar hasn't named it or said anything about it, and this project never presents it as an announcement, a partnership or a confirmation.
Making your own
Memes, clips, notices and fan art of Jack are welcome. Please don't present them as official or use them to sell a different token.

Risk and disclaimers
Read this one. It's short.
$SHEEPE is a meme token made for entertainment. It has no intrinsic value and no expectation of financial return. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only spend what you can afford to lose completely.
The risks
Price. Meme tokens swing hard and can go to zero, quickly.
Liquidity. Selling a large amount moves the price against you, and markets can dry up.
Bots. Automated traders buy at launch and trade around everyone else.
Copies. Fake tokens and accounts will use the name. Check the address every time.
Your wallet. Lose the recovery phrase or sign the wrong thing and nobody can get it back.
Technology. Solana, pump.fun, PumpSwap and wallet apps can fail, pause or change their rules.
The project. The arcade is built by a small team. Plans can change, slip or stop.
Rules. Crypto laws differ by country and change. You're responsible for following yours.
What isn't promised
No price, no listing, no date for anything in the shop, and no payment of any kind to holders. The roadmap is a plan of work, not a commitment.
Where it's not for you
Don't buy $SHEEPE where it's against the law where you live, and don't use a VPN to get around a block.

FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
What does "sheared" mean?
Crypto slang. Getting sheared is when insiders buy cheap before launch, through a presale or hidden wallets, then sell to everyone after. In plain words: no insiders get in before you. $SHEEPE has no presale, no private round, and the team buys on the same curve as everyone from two named wallets.
Why a sheep?
Because in crypto, retail is the sheep. Jack is the sheep who got the keys to the excavator, and $SHEEPE launches so nobody gets sheared: no presale, no tax, two named team wallets.
Is this made by Rockstar?
No. Jacksheepe is an independent fan-made parody. It isn't affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. See Brand and IP.
Do I need $SHEEPE to play?
No. The arcade is free and needs no wallet. Holders get cosmetic extras, that's all.
Where's the contract address?
On jacksheepe.xyz and in the pinned post on @jacksheepesol, nowhere else. Until launch it reads "announced at launch".
Is there a tax?
No. No buy tax, sell tax or transfer fee. You only pay the venue's trading fee and Solana's network fee.
Can more tokens be minted?
No. The mint authority is revoked at creation and the supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000.
How much does the team hold?
5% at launch, bought on the curve: 2% in the creator (dev) wallet and 3% in the listings wallet. Both are named on Team wallets.
Will it be listed on a big exchange?
Nobody can promise that, so we don't. The listings wallet exists so the project can meet a listing's requirements if one is offered.
What do holders get?
A holder seal on the Operator License, the Diamond Hands paint and a spot on the holders board. See Holder perks.
Someone DMed me about Jacksheepe.
That's not us. We never DM first. Block and report.
Is there a Telegram?
Not yet. X is the only official channel. Any Jacksheepe Telegram today is not ours.
