How to buy $SHEEPE

Five moves, about fifteen minutes the first time and under a minute after that. You'll end up with a wallet only you control. If anything jams, the fixes are at the bottom.

  1. Get a wallet
  2. Get SOL
  3. Copy the address
  4. Buy
  5. Check it landed
Official

The only real address

Announced at launch, here and on X. Not before.

The same address is pinned on @jacksheepesol. Copies will borrow the name, the ticker and even Jack. They can't borrow the address.

Before you start

Get a Solana wallet

A wallet is an app that holds your tokens. Only you control it.

  • Phantom is the easiest place to start (phantom.app). Solflare and Backpack work just as well.
  • Install it from the official site or your phone's app store. Check the developer name: fake wallet apps exist.
  • Create a new wallet. You'll get a recovery phrase of 12 or 24 words. Write it on paper, in order, and keep it somewhere safe.

Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Not us, not Phantom, not "support". Anyone who has it can empty your wallet.

Get some SOL

SOL is Solana's own coin. You swap it for $SHEEPE, and it pays the network fees.

  • Inside the wallet: in Phantom, press Buy and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through its payment partner.
  • From an exchange: buy SOL on an exchange you already use, then withdraw it to your wallet's Solana address. Pick the Solana network when you withdraw.
  • Keep a little extra SOL in the wallet, around 0.02 to 0.05, so you can always pay fees.

Sending to a wallet for the first time? Send a small test amount first, then the rest.

Copy the official address

Copy it from the box above or the pinned post on X. Never search for $SHEEPE by name: copies use the same name and ticker.

Then check it. Every pump.fun coin ends in pump, so the ending proves nothing on its own. Check the first six characters and the six right before "pump":

first six · · · the middle · · · six beforepump

Malware can swap an address on your clipboard for a look-alike. Check what you pasted, not just what you copied.

Buy

On pump.fun. The buttons on this site link straight to the $SHEEPE coin page.

  1. Open the coin page and connect your wallet.
  2. Choose Buy, type how much SOL to spend, and check the estimate.
  3. Press Buy and approve it in your wallet.

In your wallet or Jupiter. Once the curve completes, $SHEEPE trades on PumpSwap, and wallet swaps pick it up. In Phantom, open Swap, paste the address into the search, and swap SOL for $SHEEPE. On a computer, jup.ag works the same way.

Read every approval. A buy asks you to swap SOL for a token, and nothing else. If a pop-up asks to approve unlimited spending, transfer your tokens or "verify" anything, close it.

Check it landed

  • $SHEEPE shows in your wallet within seconds.
  • Don't see it? Look in the wallet's token list settings (Phantom calls it Manage token list). New tokens can start hidden.
  • Every transaction has a link to Solscan, where you can see exactly what happened.
  • Selling is the same swap in reverse.

Now clock in

Link the wallet on your Operator License for the holder seal, the Diamond Hands paint and a spot on the holders board. It's a free signature: no transaction, no fees.

What it costs

CostWhat it is
Network feeSolana's fee for each transaction. Usually a tiny fraction of a cent.
Token accountThe first time you hold a token, Solana sets aside about 0.002 SOL as a deposit for its account. You get it back if you close the account later.
Trading feepump.fun, PumpSwap and wallet swaps each charge their own fee. It's shown before you confirm.
Buying SOLCard and Apple/Google Pay purchases carry the payment partner's fee. Exchanges charge their own.
Price impactBig buys move the price against you. The estimate shows it.
SlippageHow far the price may move before your trade cancels itself. Defaults are usually fine.
TaxNone. $SHEEPE has no buy, sell or transfer tax, and this site takes no cut.

If something jams

"Insufficient SOL" or "not enough balance"

Keep a little SOL back for fees and the token account deposit. Lower the amount slightly and try again.

"Slippage exceeded" or the trade failed

The price moved before your trade went through, which is common at launch. Try again, or raise slippage a little. Don't set it very high: that's how bots get a better price than you.

"Transaction expired" or stuck on pending

The network was busy. Nothing was taken. Try again in a moment; your wallet may offer a priority fee.

My wallet says the token is "unverified"

New tokens show this until lists like Jupiter's verify them. Check the address against the one on this page. If it matches, you have the real one.

Search shows several $SHEEPE tokens

Those are copies. Paste the address instead of searching by name, every time.

I bought but don't see it

Check the hidden or spam tokens list in your wallet, then open the transaction on Solscan. If Solscan shows the swap, the tokens are there.

My exchange withdrawal hasn't arrived

Exchanges can take a while to send. Check the withdrawal status on the exchange and make sure you picked the Solana network.

The exchange asks for a memo or tag

Your own wallet doesn't need one. Leave it empty when withdrawing to Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.

I bought the wrong token

Sell it the same way you bought it, if it can be sold, and buy again using the address on this page. Some copies can't be sold at all, which is why the address matters.

Someone DMed me offering help

That's a scam. We never DM first, and real support never asks for your phrase or for you to connect to a "fix" site.

Stay safe

Where you live matters

Crypto rules differ by country and change often. Some apps and payment partners don't serve every region, and some countries add extra checks or warnings for new buyers. Follow your local rules, and don't use a VPN to get around a block.

$SHEEPE is a meme token made for entertainment. It has no intrinsic value and no expectation of financial return, and it can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice. Read Risk and disclaimers in the whitepaper.
